Brad is an acquisition-focused entrepreneur and investor with experience spanning North America and Asia. Throughout his career, he has participated in a variety of ventures across various industries including real estate, agribusiness, pharmaceutical supply and casino gaming.

At this time, Brad's current focus is on assembling projects using mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategies to rapidly create value for all project participants.

Founder & CEO of Canada's Largest and Most Profitable Outdoor Cannabis LP
Successfully exited the company through a MBO in January of 2025

Ascaya:

Managed a $300 million USD residential land development in South Eastern Las Vegas
Participated in all revenue related aspects of the development including sales, marketing, financial projections, staffing & design input

Newport Lofts:

Managed a $100 million USD high rise development in Downtown Las Vegas
Personally sold all $20 million of the project's "premium" units
Managed the sales, marketing, contractual activities, financing and transfer of condo units to 171 owner / investors

Sentrium Investments:

Specialized in the liquidation of distressed multi-family real estate
Successfully worked with both lenders & investors to release “trapped capital” during the 2008 financial crisis
Liquidated over $18 million USD in distressed assets over a 16-month period

Mountain Woods Ginseng Company:

Responsible for the successful sale & exportation of Panax Ginseng for pharmaceutical use into Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China
Successfully advised clients such as Standard Foods Taiwan (Pepsi & Quaker Oats), Metai Bioscience, and others
Contracted by the Venetian in Las Vegas to design and supply custom, hand-crafted ginseng related gifts for the casino's largest Asian VIP players
